Going by the Wikipedia descriptions of Popara and Kacamak, I think that
helpings of those would plug me up tighter than a bullfrog's ass for at

The cornmeal paste has a bunch of fiber in it. Be my guest.

Well, the cornmeal mush will get ou going but it is the kachamak that
will make it truly fragrant
