A few summary executions, starting with lawyers. It's not like it's
dog fighting or anything.

Are you one of them incompetent-lawyer lovers? The idea that a lawyer
would suggest that an agency ignore a problem in hopes that it would
go away - particularly someone in an emergency branch of the
government directly responsible for obtaining and distributing
emergency relief items - is a waste of a legal education and going to
cost everybody money. You can't keep your nose clean when you stick
your head up your ass.
I suppose that it is possible that some of the materials containing
H2CO did come from China, but that information has not come out yet,
and I doubt that slave labor was what caused the problems with the
trailers.

Yeah, that's me. That's how I can afford to be an architect and live in this
city.
My comment's not aimed at the message but the Subject line.

You don't find it curious that a lawyer would counsel doing nothing
instead of trying to pass the buck on to some other party? What did
Dean Wormer say...? Fat, drunk and stupid is no way to go through
life, young man. That applies to FEMA's General Counsel.

Oh, well then, you could have commented in the subject line, referred
to the subject line, or not extrapolated the subject line to connote
blind approval of all things Chinese. :)~
