English Windmills vol.1 Containing a history of their origin and
development, with records of mills in Kent Surrey and Sussex by M I
Batton ,Architectural Press.1930 1st edition.

Volume one of this excellent series (originally published as stand
alone books,as opposed to a set) published at a time when the
disappearance of the traditional mill as a going concern really
started to gather pace. Packed with detail and pictures of many long
lost mills.
