Here's a link to site that will give you various vendors that
manufacture ceiling finishes, and treatments that are sustainable.
(with fire-ratings)
Just a question, but why would you want to hide the natural exposed
beams of the structure? Can't you find a way to enhance them? Normally
fabric isn't suggested in a Commercial space, especially a
restaraunt.
