Brazil is quickly becoming very popular amongst investors of all
types.
I am an American from a Chicagoan Mid-Size Construction Company Family
living and working in Fortaleza City Northeast Brazil as an Offshore
Investment Consultant & International Property Broker. I have never
managed a fund before other than mid-sized personal or insitutional
investments on a smaller scale. I am in serious need of help and
guidance. Long term, reputable names in the business are welcome to
make suggestions, comments, questions and become partners or invest

Governement is currently spending R$50Billion on low-income housing,
export-import Foreign Trade is booming, Tourism Industry is on
steroids, has probably & currently the World's largest farming, huge
office space deficit, average Brazilian has more spending power, is
the ethanol and biofuels World leader, alternative energy is out of
proportions, lower-cost of living making it great for retirement
(currently over 4Million foreign retirees in Brazil) and last but not
least friendly people, lively music and the never-ending summers in
the Northeast of Brazil.
