If I go to the Kwik-E-Mart and buy a Snicker... no, a Milky Way bar,
is that a custom candy purchase?

If the customer has "their own blueprints" then aren't they likely to
have a connection or way to connect with a contractor that's better
than "answered an ad on the intarweb"?

How large is "large"?

custom is a design for a specific lot and owner.
