Technical Director of Architecture
Responsible for providing technical leadership on healthcare
projects. This individual will have both operational and technical
responsibilities to ensure timely project delivery. Your primary need
is for a technically strong leader outstanding technical experience.
This person will have full responsibility for running the full project
life cycle, including budgeting, scheduling, quality control,
technical leadership and mentor engineering staff.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
=B7 Bachelors degree in architecture
=B7 At least 15+ years of architectural design experience, with an
emphasis in healthcare
=B7 Experience managing large-scale projects (over $100M)
=B7 Strong knowledge of building codes
=B7 A demonstrated success in project management on complex assignments
=B7 A registered architect is strongly preferred
Project Architect
Responsible primarily for design on large-scale healthcare projects.
While candidates with healthcare experience, a general knowledge of
buildings is a larger priority. An individual who is interested in
growth and long-term commitment with an appreciation for beautiful
architecture is likely to be successful in your firm.
Ideal candidates will possess the following qualifications:
=B7 Bachelors degree in architecture
=B7 At least 5 years of architectural design experience
=B7 Experience in process engineering
=B7 A registered architect is preferred
The firm will relocate for the right individual.
