KNOWS that prob. every guy does at some point (whether he admits it or
not), uh, *maybe* she shouldn't take a job that's going to *inevitably* <no
pun intended...> expose her to said activity...?
I mean, what next? Is the female in the article going to try to bring
charges because th eguys ahve to use the can in their cells? Is she going
to try to bring charges if some guy has a wet dream?
Good grief. Sounds to me like she chose the job *ONLY* because she
intended to try to clog the court system with this nonsense. THese guys
(and, in other prisons, gals!!) live in fishtanks - eyes on 'em every
minute. If a biological urge takes over, most sensible *mature* people
would just look away - given that she was able to give detailed
descriptions, she obviously didn't have the sense to turn her head. THat's
her own problem.
IMO, the Judge chould have charged *her* with wasting the court's time (and
taxpayer's money).
