Good point. Properly coated, metal celings are great for renovation -
for that basement ceiling instead of acoustical tiles, to cover not so
great plaster jobs redone too many times inexpertly, to add a nice touch
to a kitchen ceiling, , but especially they make a nice wainscoting.
