10/3 uf-b

i just run 10/3 uf-b from my house to a 12x16.. i have a sub box out there
that the 10/3 is ran to. i have 4 single 20 amps 1 is 3 pulgs and 1 is for
a ac unit. and 1 is for two flood lights and one is for two over head
ligts! i was told not to use the (RED WIRE) just use the white black and
ground! is this safe for what im useing? thanks

You'd be better off running the 10/3 off a pair of breakers and two
the 20s on black and the other two on red. That's if the box you have
them in will support that. How big is the breaker in your main panel
you are supplying the 10/3 with? How far are you running it?

White, Black, & ground. 110vac circuit.

Are you running 220 out there? White is neutral, Red, and Black would be the
two hot legs.

the box in the house will hold like 30 brakers.. i have a 2 pole 30 amp
from the house to the 10/3 and i have a 125 amp box in the 12x16.. has 8
spots in it..
