I have fully tiled bath. I need to attach wood trim around window and
door. The trim is solid pine stained and polyurethaned three times.
What's the best way to attach it? I obviously cannot nail the trim to
tiled surface with brad nails.

Liquid Nails will work. I've had limited success using masking tap to
hold the trim in place. Best if you can somehow wedge the piece in
place until it cures. You don't need a lot of adhesive. Keep some
alcohol or acetone handy to clean up a major mess (the piece slips down
the wall), a little squeeze out can be cut away after it cures.
