Lots of houses burned down due to the brush/tree fires common, but
magnified, by drier weather and excessive wind this year. Not allowing to
burn previous years fires builds up more tinder for the future.
Common there are cedar shakes on the roof, I"ve been told.
What's the best way to burn-proof the exterior of home?
What about the grounds/landscaping/fencing to slowdown or prevent embers
from strong winds getting to the home?
