My old partner is working some Ike aftermath jobs in Galveston and has a
client that is interested in closed-cell foam insulation. Ex-partner has no
idea how to price it. Is there a price/sq. foot number that will get him in
the ballpark?

As Steve said, check with the installers.
If the client is talking spray foam, it takes special equipment and
price will depend on availability of folks with equipment and
training.

He or you could Google the product / installation and get a SWAG
price.

But without contacting an installation sub it would pretty rough.....
depends on the current local construction costs / activity.

A few calls & he'd have a resoanble answer.

I'd figure about $3 / sq ft to fill a 2x4 framed wall but that might
be way too much R value. Pricing would depend on thickness desired,
size of the job(s),........

My SWAG might be a little high but I doubt its low by much.

Spray foam is great stuff but its not cheap.

cheers
Bob
