Any cobbers on these groups?
It's wind resistant, energy efficient, insect-proof, fireproof, and
made from natural materials. Why wouldn't you?

There are probably many here that know about Cob buildings.
Reasons not to:

Difficult to get through any zoning or building departments.
Limited resale.
