Hi, I'am writing a dissertation on construction contracts and will
shortly be issuing a questionaire for my research if anyone would like
to help me out by answering the questionaire please reply to this. It
basically is about core clauses in common building contracts and how
useful you found them.
I'am researching the NEC 3 form of contract and would like
proffessionals input on this form of contract and others including JCT,
ICE, IC etc any help in the matter would be appreicated.
