Contracts Questionnaire:
What parties have you worked for: Client / Contractor / Both.
What grade or job title(s) have you held whilst working for client /
contractor / both
What Contracts have you worked with? JCT / NEC / ICE / GC
Are you familiar with any or all of the above contracts, if so what do
you like about the contract?
Choose a contract which you are most familiar with and list you
consider to be the most important aspect of the form of contract? Give
examples if possible
i.e. "NEC, Time, Programme forms a contract document and is reviewed
periodically through construction to alter completion date."
