That Link gives the average cost of single family homes not apartments.

You could call a few contractors to get an idea but the numbers are
goingto be really rough. Costs are going to vary with the number of
units the number of stories and methods of construction.

Why are you intrested? Are you looking at having some apartments built?

Fourth link down, and there are more. He's asking for that imaginary
average number. If he's looking for such a rough number, he can find
all he needs online. With more specific details the number can be
brought back into the realm of reality.
