I am sure that Hardiplank is good - haven't used it myself but be wary
of buying it from TheLogHome-Company.co.uk. The guy that runs that
company and the company itself have outstanding CCJ's against them.
Only buy from reputable source

Stuff is bit fragile, must be handled, supported, and stacked correctly. Do
not stack in standing water, or allow water to stand on it. Installer
should not allow it to get wet until installed and painted (if not
pre-primed). Sounds like an employee training problem regarding handling,
stacking, and protecting from water.
