I am building a new house. The basement foundation has been poured.
(about 1 month ago). I have noticed at the botton of the foundation
where it meets the piled foundation frame. (Its on piles) the
foundation does not have a flat cover and it almost looks as if the
foundation is decaying. Here is a picture.
