What's the (very) approximate price differential between pre-primed
finger-jointed Cedar Horizontal Clapboard
siding, and the continuous pieces without any finger joints these days ?

Perhaps, expressed as a % ?

I would recommend you not consider finger-jointed siding under any
conditions. What you save up front will be quickly offset by repairs and
replacements later on.
