I would take a 5/4" by sheet of Fypon material and trace the radius of the
window. Make this piece the correct width to match the side trim. Make 2
small Plinthe stlye blocks or thin 1 by 2flat blocks with the front edge
rounded or ogeed.Install either one at the junction of the top and side trim
pieces. This will break up the continuous look of the trim. Plow the back
of the new trim so the j channel will fit behind it. Alcoa sells a nice flex
j channel. I looked at the link, nice looking home!

Thanks for the tips. I'm also going to see if Fypon will make a custom
flat arch piece that is 1-1/2" thick. Then it would be big enough for
me to notch out a proper J channel in the back with an appropriate
looking thickness left over.

Thanks,
John
