NoSH*T !

A bad choice for sewer pipe.. OLD places around here have cast iron pipe and
the terracotta was only used for drain tile around base of foundations

Well, maybe so, but that certainly isn't universal. There's a lot of
tile sewer lateral runs in this area and there's nothing wrong with the
vast majority of it to this day...including this house.
