I can beat that.. Seen GBP£40,000 = $75,000 for a double garage and small
attached store. Was a quality job. Piled foundations due to trees. Partly
brick and partly oak framed and a clay tile roof. Wired for power. Excludes
an oak door expected to be another few thousand. Works out at about $156
per sqf.
