Cost of excavation: 1500-2000.00
Removal of soil trucking 3-500.00
Forming 2500-3200
Concrete cost 12-1600
Back fill 250-400
Compact soil inside foundation 250-300
Gravel /stone inside foundation 7-800
Concrete clab finishing 5-700
Framing materials 4-6000
framing labor 5-10.00/sf
siding .2.00 sf
Demoltion.firestopping on main structure/1500-2000
roofing 2.00 sf
add it up . sounds in the ballpark.

Thanks for the cost comparison David! Maybe with the housing market
slowing down here, there will be some contractors available soon. Doesn't
seem anyone is too interested at the moment!
