Double LOL!

I like the "nobody could steal it..." part--there is nothing more
risky than a foreigner buying land in a third world country! I've seen
so many times when things get bad, nationalism becomes rampant, and
the government passes a 'all land must be owned by nationals, that
which is not is hereby taken for the common good...' law.

So, Mr. JazMartin, you fail as a spammer, but you certainly come
across well as a comedy act! What a joke! <BFSEG>
