i need info apartment house natural gas furnaces for 80 family house
looking for very high efficiency unit

getting info about converting from oil to natural gas--trying to convience
the owner --as current oil burner might as well just heat the outside air

done some searching to no avail

any help really appreciated

Assuming that gas is available at the site, have the gas utility do an
"energy audit" on the building and make a recommendation. Then get a HVAC
contractor or three to make a recommendation for replacing the system. Ask
them for estimates on the savings. But, the best information would likely
come from an engineer who designs such systems. That would probably involve
a sonsulting fee though.

You may be able to do the economic analyses yourself; but the furnace
information is only one part of the heating information that you would need.
