Good writeup, and that is just one of the hazards of these types of
circuits. They should not be used, IMHO. Again, wire is much cheaper
than a replacment electrician or owner who gets zapped becuase of the
shared common, or the building if the two circuts are mis-wired to a
single phase and then overloaded.
