It all depends on where you live.
I am in Ohio and own a construction business. I can tell you that here
in Northeast Ohio you can expect to pay $230-$300 per sq. (1 sq=100
sq. ft. of roof area) for a residential shingle job (tear off/
install).
Keep in mind that usually a smaller job (such as yours) might actually
cost more per sq. simply because of the small profit margin.
It looks like you are coming in around 6 sq. so you could expect to
see estimates between $1300-$2000 from a legitimate contractor
