Listened to a engineering sales presentation today for a chilled-water plant
for some hospitals in Houston. Is 9,600,000,000
BTUs a lot?

800,000 tons, Yeah, that's allot.
But everything is big in Texas
Isn't Houston proud to be called "the most air conditioned city in the
world"?
