Vicki is a great gal. I've never seen or talked to her... but boy, has
she helped me with Evaporative Cooler troubles... big 800+ ton jobs.

She does send me great Conservative emails on occasion.

Geeze, I can't wait to retire to Az. I hope everyone there is as nice as
she is....

        THAT would be an entirely different question ! And nearly
impossible....

        But if you LIKE 105 - 115 degree days as 'typical summer
weather' ......
