Does anyone know what it means when all the LCD display characters
blink on and off in unison on an Aprilaire 8366
(http://www.aprilaire.com/index.php?znfAction=ProductDetails&category=23&sub=prog&item=8366)?
It's a programmable Heat/Cool Multistage thermostat. New batteries
don't change this behavior. Power is on to the furnace & condenser and
neither of them indicate an error.

Well the instruction book only list for flashing data is when you are
changing settings. I suggest removing the battery for say an hour or two
and if that does not do it leave the battery out and try disconecting the
power supply to the furnace low voltage circuit.
