I am interested in increasing the efficiency of a central air
conditioner system. Does anyone have any recommendations on books
that have information on geothermal system design.
I feel I am fully qualified to do any work that is required as I once
built a fence and have installed water faucets.

Yeh, you've pretty much got it covered. Have you ever thought
about opening your own HVAC business ?

No, but I have often thought about opening my own ICBM factory.

Nice thing about the ICBM business. Couple of things.
* Your customers keep needing more product. The product is consumed in the
process of the operation.
* Nobody ever comes to you and wants to replace a thermostat on a 20 year
old ICBM cause they want to get by for another couple years.
* Excempt from emissions standards and catalytic converters.
* Business, customers, and neighbors are always looking up.
