Maybe he runs his car on the gas. Thats why there's only 12 pounds left in a
30 pound jug when he gets there. The R-22 variety of this stuff is as close
to propane as you can get based on the characteristics listed in the MSDS -

I noticed they messed up the physical characteristics section of the MSDS -
Vapor pressure of 70 @ 110F (probably 110 @ 70F, like propane) - at least
that's what it says on the PT chart for the R22 version.
They also list the Specific gravity of the liquid as compared to water - a
gallon of Propane is 4.4 pounds, and they say the S.G. of this is .506.
