Or training in duct design either.

Tony, you haven't taken a course in ACCA Manual J / D yet have you? Check
out www.acca.org They might fit you in for $1400. [Cheaper if you're a
member though.] :)

You are absolutely right but seems to know more then you

you still are only good to sweep floors! and that is in question

Well, you have posted on numberous threads that you have no training in
HVAC.

Shouldn't be any problem...
As long as the duct is properly sized, & the supply is properly balanced,
the return air will find it's way back.
Don't, as someone noted, put any sort of dampers in the return system,
unless your running large R&R fans etc... There's no reason to add
restrictions & static drop to the return. Remember it's called a blower not
a sucker.
