Sounds like the InsightBB service here. We do still have newsgroups
but a short while back they sent out a email saying they were slightly
increasing our fees by about $2 but they were decreasing our upload
speed to nearly "Zip"! Then a couple weeks later they offered that
same upload speed back to us for an additional $30 !!
Currently a new promotion has surfaced. Broadband download speed of
20MB for an additional cost of $20.(The speed is currently at 10MB
download). I guess that didnt bite too well because now they are
offering it for $10. Dont you just love "public utilities"?
