Maybe you would have gotten better responses had you posted pics of exactly
what your talking about and specific model and serial numbers of the
installation.
I can't tell what she has or what to do to correct the issues because my
crystal ball is too cloudy, and I can't *SEE* it through the computer
screen.
IMHO You need to call a local pro so you won't embarrass yourself on here
anymore.
