We're offering quite a bit more, but not for mouth-breathers.

Better luck next time.

If we ever have need of a human pipe stand, I'll be sure and post it here for
you to see.

Well, now that Bubba broke the ice. What's your general pay scale and
benefits package run? No need for anyone to send a resume if you
aren't going to pay them more than they are getting now.

As is always the case, pay is negotiable after qualifications are
determined. We need a top notch person and we are not in a big hurry about
finding him. When we do, the pay will be very good, indeed. No way am I
going to post a salary offer on usenet.

Our techs' total compensation package is better than any of the area
mechanical contractors or HVAC service companies are paying, and is
competitive with Johnson and Siemens--and that's not counting insurance and
company vehicle.

This usenet approach was just a spur-of-the-moment idea of mine. I do not
have high hopes that it will produce much. After all, look what it's
produced already: "Bubba". But you never know...
