Truth be told dinwit, there is probably more over qualification in
this group than you will ever hope to see.
Personally, I wouldnt lower myself to your piss poor package. If it
were that good, you would have mentioned in your first post what it
offered. You are just another blow-hard trying to dangle a carrot and
it didnt work. Now go away. Go toss your fish bait down out the local
unemployment office. You'll probably find more qualifications there
than the grunts you have at the office now.

OK, I'll bite , What does the package look like ? Is it over 100K or
at least in the neighborhood of it ? You are asking for a lot, that
very few can do. I am one of them.
I am over 100K at the moment with excellent benefits, what does the
highest end of your compensation package look like ?
