Just because one is not aware of the dangers, that does not mean
they aren't real or do not exist.

Nah! It can't be true.
Nobody ever gets hurt playing around with their HVAC equipment.
It's gotta be made up.
After all, it'isn't rocket science, plus all techs are monkeys, right?
LOL!!

And about 50,000 people die a year in car crashes. Does that mean we
all need to hire professional drivers?

If you truly cared about the physical well-being of homeowners rather
than your own thin wallet, you would give constructive advice helping
homeowners appreciate the boundaries of what is a DIY project and what
is truly dangerous. Saying a blanket "call a tech" for every problem
and every homeowner is just not credible or realistic.

But the unprofessionals on this group would rather send a 100 posts
cursing out someone rather than giving even an occassional helpful
pointer.
