If you truly cared about the physical well-being of homeowners rather
than your own thin wallet, you would give constructive advice helping
homeowners appreciate the boundaries of what is a DIY project and what
is truly dangerous. Saying a blanket "call a tech" for every problem
and every homeowner is just not credible or realistic.
But the unprofessionals on this group would rather send a 100 posts
cursing out someone rather than giving even an occassional helpful
pointer.
