There are water cooled condensors made, that water could preheat the water
that goes into your domestic water heater. Also, a good tech may be able to
make a WH, using the high temp discharge from the compressor. Wrap a couple
turns around the bottom of the WH tank. Some what like an indirect WH from
an oil fired furnace.
