MY CONDENSOR FAN AND COMPRESSOR ARE INOP. FOUND SUPER START RELAY
BURNT. REPLACED RELAY AND CAPACITOR. STILL INOP. CHECKED VOLTAGE TO
BOTH AND IT'S PRESENT. CAN'T BELIEVE THAT BOTH THE FAN AND COMPRESOR
WOULD GO BAD. NEED HELP
