Heat pump fan operating in reverse kylefamily 04-01-2007

My heat pump fan is now running in reverse. Instead of sucking air
through the coils and blowing it out the top,it now sucks in air from
the top down into the pump.Is this normal.

no.... call the idiot tech that changed the motor to come fix it and make it
right.

I've seen bad caps cause this.

Call the idiot who put it in and have him check it.
