I have to go to trial on Monday, Dec 1 against a completely incompetent and/or
thieving a/c company and I may need an expert witness. If you are interested,
and you meet the following criteria, please email me directly (off group
response) with your phone number so we can talk. I would expect at least:
1. Must be in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area.
2. Be available for conference and available Monday, Dec 1 at 2:30pm.
3. Have a great resume.
4. Have a good presentation and good communication skills.
I'll pay for your time, naturally.

You couldn't afford it.
And, you're clueless. A ) you don't look for an expert
witness in random Usenet chat groups, and B ) you don't do it 4 days (
including a national holiday ) before you need him.

Why not Paul? Aren't HVACR tech's a dime a dozen? Aren't they 'all just
sitt'n around playing checkers or somth'in?

I dunno....I sent him an e-mail with my terms FOB south Mississippi, and he
says that I am too far away...that means he didn't want to pay the freight.
Its only a days drive each way.....hell of a lot cheaper than an airplane
ticket and rent-a-beast.
