There was a guy who invented a 140% furnace.
I think it used 3 heat exchangers.

Two of which have to be located in neighbor's houses, thus
accounting for the unusually high efficiency.

It is if the neighbors take nice long vacations. Long enough
to install some heat exchangers in their houses for them, and the
piping to YOUR house.

Remember the YorkTriathalon HP? Wasn't it rated at 120 or 130
percent efficient?
