Ice machine doesn't like cold weather amdx 01-18-2009

        The first two are in his 100 day plan :-(. He also advocates
RAISING the price of gas ( and all energy forms ) to 'make us
conserve, and change technologies' :-(

        Fan cycles <> 'short cycles'. 'Short cycle' is where the
COMPRESSOR turns on and off rapidly - very bad. The FAN is being
controlled to maintain 'head pressure', which is a design feature, not
a problem. Without it, the machine would not work in a cold
environment.

Ok, temp hit 65* today, plenty of ice, one more cold day this week,
hopefully the last of the year.
