I went to the Ranco mother page and clicked on www.rancocontrols.com and it
went to a redirecting site that is nothing but spam!

I called the factory to get some information and I'm telling you, the guy
knows less than my daughters when it comes to controls!

He didn't understand what I was talking about when I mentioned to him that I
wanted some ranges of stats that meet a constant cut in and adjustable cut
out with the bulb IN the evaporator.

Heres the page of the Corporation, and if you try to get anything from Ranco
good luck, everything on the web is junk. I can see why many companies such
as McCall are switching.

Sounds like DNS cache poisoning.
Wait a few hours and try again,

It's really quite common, but usually temporary, since most
DNS SOA records are set to expire rather quickly (short TTL).

It happens to me ever now and then, too. I go to visit a site,
and it's hijacked to a different server. It could last a few days.

It bypasses DNS altogether. :-)

Hmmm, I did a little homework.

I did a reverse lookup and got errors.
I used magic at samspade and got errors.


But Moniker.Com Whois Server says:

I wonder why would a billion dollar company sell a domain unless something
is coming up or there is trouble?

Thanks for the input, I bet something is in the works with Ranco, maybe a
buyout????? Invesys however is a strong company, maybe they are merging
Ranco with Robertshaw.... just a thought
