Actually, the joke was about Mexican illegal immigrants.
A bank in Texas had been robbed, and the Sheriff had just caught the bank
robber. Unfortunately, the Sheriff spoke no Mexican, and the bank robber
spoke no American. So, the sheriff grabbed another guy along the street, for
an interpreter.
Pointing his gun at the suspect, the sheriff demanded to know where the
money was. The interpreter did his thing. The suspect gave an adress, and
said he put it under the back porch. The interpreter looked thoughtful for a
moment and then said to the sherif "Him say he never tell. Go ahead and
shoot."
