OK, so you don't know how a thermostat or basic controls work... Your best
bet is to call you local HVAC pro, and upgrade to a Vision Pro 8000 stat.

No I am not gonna tell you why its not working, other than tho quit while
your ahead before you burn up a control board and/or transformer.

HVAC technicians are the Rodney Dangerfield of technicians.
They feel they get no respect
Almost everyone here has a Rodney Dangerfield complex.
This causes them to withhold every tidbit of information away from any
DIYer with a question.
It even causes some of them to post incorrect information. I'm not sure why
they do that, they don't get to see the end result, so I don't see the
thrill. Maybe it makes them feel powerful.
Look somewhere else for your answer.

Hmmm,
If proper question is asked, proper answer will be given.
The OP should state what kind heating/cooling system he has,
what kind of problem he is experiencing, whether it is within the reach
of DIY'er to tackle it. Just "I jumpered out this terminal to that and
furnace does not come on, what is wrong?" Improper or dumb question will
be only ridiculed wasting time.
