That "low end" kept me afloat for many, many years.

Thanks for the congrats tho.....The deal's been in the works for a while.

Who'd a thunk it? A white guy with 5 kids (none of who want to go into
this buisness) could now retire at age 54. My only regret is that my high
school HVAC teacher isn't still alive. He was an awesome teacher and I know
he would have been happy for me. I try and keep the tradition going by
passing
on anything that I can regarding HVAC to my guys.

The other 5 guys will be staying on with the new owner and I will consult
for a nominal fee (cough). I'm also keeping Friday, she's the dispatcher,
good
will girl, and General of B-Hate Me HVAC....Now B-Hate-Me Mechanical.

I sure won't miss the fucking "your guy was only here for 15 minutes and
you charged me $115.00" bullshit.
