Gurgling sounds, freeze-up - Symptoms indicate a possible refrigerant leak.
That is only a guess, we can not diagnosis problems from here!

There is a problem that needs to be addressed!
Read all, you can & get you tech to do the same!
If he uses all of the diagnostic tests available, he will locate the
problem(s)!
